What is "Preview Count"?
Preview Count tracks the number of times your preview links are opened. Each time someone accesses a preview page, it counts as one preview. This is our primary usage metric and resets monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly (with ~17% savings on yearly plans). All paid plans include unlimited storage. You pay a flat subscription fee based on your preview count limit—no hidden usage costs.
What happens if I exceed my preview count?
When you approach your monthly preview count limit, you'll receive notifications. If you exceed the limit, new preview links may be blocked until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade to a higher tier plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) through our secure payment processor Stripe. For Enterprise plans, we also support invoice billing and custom payment terms.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund, no questions asked.
